WHITE BARBERA GRAPPA

White Barbera Grappa is an authentic and distinctive Piedmontese spirit, obtained from Barbera grape pomace sourced from the vineyards of Piedmont. Belonging to the category of young grappas, it expresses the true character of the grape variety with clarity and sincerity, preserving its original aromatic identity.

Distillation is carried out using a traditional steam-flow still, a method that gently extracts the purest aromas from fresh grape pomace. After distillation, the grappa rests for approximately 6 to 8 months in stainless steel tanks, allowing the spirit to stabilise while maintaining its freshness, purity, and crystal-clear appearance.

In the glass, it is bright and transparent. The bouquet is characterised by intense notes of cooked grape must, directly recalling the raw material and the rich distillation tradition of Piedmont. On the palate, it is dry, bold, and slightly assertive, with a firm structure and a persistent finish that highlights the strength and authenticity of the spirit.

With an alcohol content of 42% ABV, it is an excellent after-dinner digestif, particularly well suited to rich traditional dishes. For the best tasting experience, serve at a temperature of 15–18°C (59–64°F) to fully appreciate its aromatic purity and flavour intensity.
