WHITE WINE

Roero Arneis DOCG “La Collinetta” is an elegant and refined white wine, an authentic expression of the sandy hills of the Roero region in Piedmont. Made exclusively from 100% Arneis grapes, a historic native variety of the area, this wine perfectly balances freshness, aromatic finesse, and territorial identity. The harvest generally takes place during the second ten days of September, when the grapes reach full ripeness while retaining their vibrant natural acidity.

White vinification begins with destemming, followed by gentle pressing to immediately separate the skins from the must, preserving the delicate aromatic profile that is characteristic of Arneis. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature of approximately 18°C (64°F) in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 18–20 days, allowing for a clean and precise development of the varietal aromas. Aging continues in stainless steel, a choice that preserves the wine’s freshness and the fragrant expression of the grape variety.

In the glass, it displays a bright straw-yellow color with subtle greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, fresh fruit, and light citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and harmonious, with a pleasant minerality and an elegant finish that invites another sip.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish-based appetizers, shellfish, and light seafood dishes.

For the best tasting experience, serve at 8–10°C (46–50°F) to fully appreciate its freshness and aromatic finesse.
