“Bocciolo di Rosa” Rosé is an elegant and delicately aromatic wine that captures all the freshness and vibrancy of the dark-skinned grapes grown in our estate vineyards. It is produced from grapes harvested during the last ten days of September, when they reach the perfect balance between aromatic ripeness and natural freshness.

The winemaking process includes a short skin maceration of approximately 24 hours, allowing the extraction of its characteristic pale pink color and delicate aromatic nuances. The must is then separated from the skins and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 10–12 days. This method preserves the wine’s fragrant aromas and varietal expression. Aging takes place exclusively in stainless steel, maintaining its freshness, purity, and pleasant lightness.

In the glass, it displays a bright and luminous pink color. The bouquet reveals delicate aromas of red berries, rose petals, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and harmonious, with a pleasant softness and a clean, refreshing finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with savory pies, fresh summer appetizers, and flavorful salads. To fully appreciate its fragrance and lively aromatic profile, serve at 8–10°C (46–50°F).
