WHITE WINE

Monferrato DOC Bianco “Casa Mia” is an elegant and refreshing white wine born in the heart of Monferrato, an authentic expression of the Piedmontese terroir and the artisanal care of our estate. Made from white grape varieties grown in our vineyards, it is a delicate yet characterful wine, combining finesse with personality.

The grapes are harvested during the second ten days of September, when they reach the ideal balance between aromatic freshness and ripeness. After destemming, the wine is produced using the white vinification method, with immediate separation of the skins from the must through gentle pressing, preserving its aromatic purity and elegance.

The resulting must ferments at a controlled temperature of 18°C (64°F) in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for approximately 18–20 days. This process enhances the varietal aromas while maintaining the wine’s vibrant freshness. Aging takes place entirely in stainless steel, preserving its fragrance and the most authentic expression of the fruit.

In the glass, it displays a bright straw-yellow color. The bouquet reveals fresh and delicate aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits, complemented by subtle citrus nuances. On the palate, it is harmonious, fresh, and beautifully balanced, with good persistence and a refined, easy-drinking character.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish dishes, and delicate seafood-based pasta courses. For the best tasting experience, serve at 8–10°C (46–50°F) to fully appreciate its freshness and aromatic profile.
