◉ Vinification: White wine vinification. After destemming, the skins are immediately separated from the must through gentle pressing. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at approximately 18°C (64°F) for 18–20 days, preserving freshness and varietal aromas.
◉ Aging: Stainless steel tanks, to maintain the wine’s fragrance and aromatic purity.

◉ Appearance: Bright and luminous straw-yellow color.
◉ Bouquet: Fresh and delicate aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits, complemented by subtle citrus nuances.
