◉ Vinification: Traditional red wine vinification with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and extended skin maceration to enhance the extraction of color, structure, and the distinctive aromas of Nebbiolo.
◉ Aging: After malolactic fermentation and the removal of coarse lees, the wine is transferred to tonneaux, where it matures for 8–12 months. This is followed by an additional 3–4 months of bottle aging before release.
