◉ Vinification: Traditional red wine vinification with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and extended skin maceration.
◉ Aging: After malolactic fermentation and the removal of coarse lees, the wine is transferred to barriques and tonneaux, where it ages for 12–18 months. This is followed by at least 6 months of bottle aging before release.
◉ Alcohol Content: 14.5% Vol.
◉ Appearance: Deep ruby-red color with garnet highlights and excellent consistency in the glass.
